By confirming your booking with IJF Artistry, you have agreed to the following terms and conditions . We reserve the right to decline a treatment if any contraindications or medical risks are identified. Please note: The following policies do not apply for bridal bookings. A separate contract is issued upon booking.
Bookings & Payments
All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee which is deducted from the final balance.
Your appointment is only confirmed once the booking fee has been received.
booking fees may be transferred if at least 48 hours notice is given, subject to availability.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please arrive on time to avoid delays and cancellations. Client who arrive more than 15 minutes late, will be rescheduled and charged accordingly.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Anything within this time frame will be charged a 20% rescheduling fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, and no shows will be subject to the full appointment cost, plus a 20% late/cancellation fee. Any payments already made towards the appointments will be deducted from the total amount owed.
All booking fees are none refundable.
Repeat cancellations or no shows will result in refusal of future bookings.
Mobile Appointments
Travel charges apply for bookings beyond 7 mile radius of IJF ARTISTRY base. Fees will be agreed before appointments are made.
No permanent make-up treatments are offered as a mobile service due to the licencing requirements.
Children and Guests
For insurance and safety purposes, no children or additional guests are permitted in the treatment area.
If you require special assistance, please ensure you inform us prior to booking an appointment so we can cater to your needs.
Results and Aftercare
Results may vary for each individual depending on skin type, lifestyle and how well the aftercare is followed.
Pre and post care instructions are provided and must be accurately followed in order to achieve optimal results. IJF ARTISTRY is bot liable for outcomes affected by client neglect.
IJF ARTISTRY will not refund individuals who are dissatisfied with the results, particularly whre adjustments could have been made on the day.
Payment and Refund
All payments are generally non-refundable, however partial/ full refunds may be offered at our discretion. Concerns must be raised within 24 hours for reviewing.
Photography and Marketing
Before and after photos must be taken in compliance with insurance regulations.
These images will be stored under the GDPR regulations by IJF ARTISTRY.
Photos may be used for promotional or marketing purposes. You may opt out of this on your consultation and consent form.
Hygiene Protocols
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment with adequate notice.
At IJF ARTISTRY enhanced hygiene and sanitisation measures are in place at all times in line with government standards.
Liabilities
IJF ARTISTRY takes no responsibility for damage, unrealistic expectations or jeopardised results caused by clients.
Care is taken to ensure the treatment is safe for all parties, however, IJF ARTISTRY is not responsible or liable for any issues arising due to undisclosed medical conditions, allergies or use of contraindicated products.
